How about an early Dale Earnhardt Sr. car?

This one isn’t exactly a NASCAR race car, but its close enough. A.J. Foyt’s USAC car and the last car he ever drove to a championship.

All you need to go with these two is an Alan Kulwicki number seven to complete your 1992 NASCAR collection!

How about a Micheal Waltrip rookie car?

How about a Banjo Matthews built car?

How about a pair of Dale Earnhardt Sr. Intimidator Camaro’s?

Any Richard Petty fans in the house?

How about this cool “street” Toyota Camry race car built by RK Motors

Another Dale Earnhardt Sr item, a hall of fame Corvette

And last but not least, Ray Evernham’s custom built “ForPly”

NASCAR Picks: New Hampshire

Tony Stewart almost pulled off some of that summer magic of his last weekend in Daytona for me, but hey, I’ll take a 2nd place.  That brings my over all average up to 11.6, maybe I’ll have a top ten average by the end of the year!

This week I’m going with Joey Logano. He’s won here before and has 4 top ten’s in 9 starts. The number 22 team is on an up swing and I think he can break into victory lane this weekend.

Last week I thought I had a very solid week considering the randomness of restrictor plate racing. Like I mentioned above, Tony Stewart finished 2nd. Kurt Busch finished 6th, Dale Jr. 8th.  David Ragan came home a respectable 22nd. I also got a qualifying bonus for Kyle Busch.

This week my A driver is Jimmie Johnson, he’s on a such a role I can’t help but not pick him. My B team is Joey Logano and Kurt Busch. For my C driver I’m going with a bit of a respect move. I’m picking Morgan Shepard who Sunday will become the oldest person ever to race in Sprint Cup at the age of 72.  On the bench I’ve got Brad Keselowski, Ryan Newman, Kyle Busch, and Rickey Stenhouse Jr.

NASCAR Picks: Dover

Well my sure fire pick last week of Jimmy Johnson back fired and knocked me down out of my almost Top 10 average down to 11.92. To see all my picks and averages for the season, CLICK HERE

This week I’m going with a bit of a dark horse, the man who swept both Nationwide races last year at Dover, I’m going with Joey Logano.

It’s down to the wire for the spring segment! While I didn’t do as well as I had hoped last week at Charlotte, with Jimmy Johnson finishing 22nd, Jamie McMurray finishing 19th, and Casey Mears finishing 23rd. Kurt Busch’ 3rd place run was my only saving grace. I did end up moving up to 2nd place in my small league, just 131 points out of 1st. While I’d love to pull of the spring segment win, I’ll be happy with second because I’m more worried about the overall win.

This week for my A driver I’m once again going with Jimmie Johnson, on my B team is my race winning pick of Joey Logano and Kyle Busch. On my C team I’m giving the start to Rickey Stenhouse Jr.  On the bench I’ve got Matt Kenseth, Kurt Busch, Ryan Newman, and Danica Patrick.

NASCAR Picks: Charlotte

All right after a week off for the all star race we are back at it again! But first before we get started I wanted to make mention of Dick Trickle. Last week the sport lost one of its legends and one of the greatest short track drivers of all time. We made a short comment with some pictures about it last week, if you missed it, CLICK HERE.

While Jimmie Johnson didn’t bring home the win for me at Darlington he did get me a solid top five finishing in 4th place. Bringing my average up to 10.54. We are getting there! To see all of my picks and averages for the year CLICK HERE.

This week I’m going with five-time again. He was dominate as usual in the all-star race over the weekend. I look for him to pull of the sweep and once again dominate the house that used to carry his sponsors name-sake. Jimmie Johnson to win the Coke 600.

Two weeks ago at Darlington I fared decently with the above mentioned Johnson in the top 5, Kyle Busch in 6th, and Mark Martin and Regan Smith 24th and 25th.

This week I’m going to let the all star race results do most of my picking for me. As mentioned above I’m going again with Jimmie Johnson for my a driver. On my B-team I’m going with sprint showdown winner Jamie McMurray and all star front runner Kurt Busch. On my C-team I’m going with former Coke 600 winner Casey Mears.

Also this week, the NASCAR Hall Of Fame will announce the 2014 class. A few weeks ago I shared my choices for the 2014 class, if you missed it, CLICK HERE

NASCAR Picks: Darlington

At times last Sunday it looked like Matt Kenseth was going to pay off for me. But the restrictor plate demon’s pushed him back to 8th place at the end. But hey, I’ll take it. That pushes me just a little closer to a Top 10 average at 11.7. This week I’m going with Jimmie Johnson to win the Southern 500. He got it done here last year and he has been on fire this year. Plus with the Penske and Gibbs’ teams hurting from the penalties that should be all but finalized by next weekend I look for them to take a week on the back burner to adjust. I was nervous going into Talladega last week. You never know what will happen, but I ended up getting the win in my smaller league so all is well in my fantasy world! As I covered above, my A driver finished 8th in Matt Kenseth. It was looking good for a while with my B team but Kurt Busch ended up 30th and Dale Jr. 17th. But my C team really pulled it off with Micheal Waltrip’s 4th place finish.

This week my A driver is Jimmie Johnson. For my B team I’ve got Kyle Busch and Mark Martin. For my C team I’ve got Regan Smith, I mean, underdogs are hot right?

On the bench I’ve got Jeff Gordon, Ryan Newman, Carl Edwards, and Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

NASCAR Picks: Texas

Okay so my sure fire bet of Mark Martin last week started to blow up on my early in practice and continued through qualifying. While I was tempted to pull him from my Yahoo list of starters I held the course since I had picked him to win the race.  He ended up giving me a 10th place finish, moving my season average to 14.8, hey at least its going in the right direction!

This week I’m going to go back to the driver that started me off in this whole at Daytona, I’m going to pick Matt Kenseth to win at Texas. He won here before in 2011 and the Gibbs cars have always been pretty strong at Texas. Matt’s still been running up front and I think its his week to shake the demons and get back into victory lane again.

I had a solid week at Martinsville, Gordon got me a 3rd place finish, Martin got me a 10th place. I was let down by Dale Jr who ended up 24th as well as Ricky Stenhouse Jr who finished 25th. Guess I should have started Danica!

But this is another week and another shot at redemption.

A driver- Matt Kenseth, see above for reasons

B drivers- Greg Biffle and Carl Edwards- both have ran good here, the Roush cars have always ran strong here, its a good place to use a start for both of them.

C driver-  Ricky Stenhouse Jr.- I know he’s gonna have a good car, I think he has a solid shot at a top 15 here.

On the bench- A, Jimmie Johnson; B, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kyle Busch; C, Danica Patrick
